                                                                     生病即修行,

                                                     是自我調整非常重要且有力的理念,

                                                                    主要是以行六度

                                                   布施,持戒,忍辱,精進,禪定,般若

                                                                     等六種解脫的方法,

                                                                         擺脫身心的束縛,

                                                                將身體的耗竭當成一種布施,

                                                                        不因耗竭產生苦惱。

                                                                   持戒不只是限制各種活動,

                                                                         而是要遠離貪愛苦。

                                                       能放下我執,

                                                    知道自己的限制,

                                                    不會造成反作用,

                                             能放下,超越自己的能力。

                                                                 忍辱不只是忍氣吞聲,

                                                                   而是要不生瞋恨心,

                                                                  感覺與心識不受困擾,

                                                          身體能因此產生很大的內在力量。

                                                                       精進

                                              是在身體承受痛苦的狀況下仍能安忍,

                                                            持續培養內在力量。

                                                                        禪定

                                                     是不慌亂,認清事實方向,

                                         不逃避,理智與情緒不要糾葛,能有定見,

                                        最後能達到認清自己,認清事實,

                                                 覺識不受困擾的境界,

                                      擺脫五蘊的束縛,從這裡得到解脫。

                                       這也是心經所說的到彼岸的智慧。

                                                心經理面觀自在菩薩

                               告訴世人從修行所證悟的往生彼岸的智慧,

                                              是一種能捨到空的境界,

                                也就是要體會到色即是空,色空一體的境界。

                                                                    死亡

                                                      不過是由色到空的過程,

                                                      來世則又由空展現出色。

                                                                     因此,

                                                   死亡不是結束而是另一種開始,

                                                       重要的是為來世做準備。

                                                       一般人不能為來世做準備,

                                                         是因為不能接受死亡,

                                                                不能接受死亡,

                                          是因為人類出生後,受到各種無明蒙蔽,

                                                     從出生就活在愛拼才會贏,

                                                 凡事要比別人強的生存法則中,

                                                       離開此法則就恐懼不安,

                                                   這是面對生死苦的根源與障礙。
